- Goto Manager > Payroll.
- Select Increment and Promotion.
- Click on New
- Select the employee and also select the Type for that particular Employee.
- In the Description Box, you can also Describe Increment and Promotion.
- Select create and the Increment and Promotion of Your Employee will be created.
