You can post Job Openings in your organization with various details as described below. You can then receive candidates through various means on these openings as described in Receiving Candidates article.


1. Creating a Job Opening

  1. Under Manager section in the side menu, click on Jobs → Openings.
  2. Click on New button.


NoteYou need Manage Jobs permission to Create or Edit Job Openings. If you do not have that permission, you will not see above options.


2. Job Opening Options

Role

Job opening name. For example, Senior Software Developer, Marketing Lead, Sales Executive, etc.

Introduction,
Responsibilities,
Skill Set

Corresponding details of the job being offered.
Experience Required
Experience required for the opening. For example, 2 years, 3 years or above, etc.
CTC
Cost to Company being offered.
Vacancies
Number of vacancies available.
Last Date
Last date to apply for the job. Job opening will automatically be closed after the Last Date.
Posted Date
Date this job opening was posted or made available.
Posted As

  • Internal - Opening will be available only for internal referrals by employees. Employees can refer candidates from their self-service portal.
  • Public - Opening will have a public page where candidates can apply.
  • Both - Opening will be available for both Internal referrals and as a Public page.
Status

  • Open - Job opening is open and candidates can apply.
  • Closed - Job opening is closed and candidates cannot apply. The public page will still be active, but candidates will get "Job Opening Closed" message and will not be able to apply.


3. Updating a Job Opening

  1. Under Manager section in the side menu, click on Jobs → Openings.
  2. Select an opening by clicking on its row.
  3. Click on Edit button.


4. Deleting a Job Opening

  1. Under Manager section in the side menu, click on Jobs → Openings.
  2. Select an opening by clicking on its row. To select multiple openings, click on checkboxes beside the rows.
  3. Click on Delete button.
